Regulatory Framework

As an authorised ICM Agent, you must comply with and have knowledge of:

  • ✓ Education Service for Overseas Student Act 2000
  • ✓ National Code of Practice for Registered Authorities and Provision of Education and Training for Overseas Students
  • ✓ The Australian Department of Home Affairs guidelines (homeaffairs.gov.au)

Application Procedure

If you decide to become an official ICM Education Agent, you must provide:

1. Completed Agent Application Form
2. Contact details of three (3) academic referees
3. Official Agent Certificates from other education providers
4. Proof of business registration from your country
5. Proof of any academic qualifications or professional recognition

Important Note: All the above information MUST be in English or translated into English from a notary office in your country. Please send the certified copies only as the application documents can NOT be returned from this office.

ICM recommends that you keep a copy of your application in your files.

If you are interested in becoming an official ICM representative, please submit the Agent Application form. Once you submit your completed form, we will assess your profile. If it matches our current priorities, we will sign an Agents Agreement with you.
